About this Project
This comprehensive landscaping project, undertaken in collaboration with Hamish Moorhead Landscapes, transformed the entire property into multi-functional outdoor spaces for the entire family.
The front yard features a minimalist concrete patio, anchored by a sleek fireplace with an integrated hearth and firewood storage. Timber fencing encloses the space, creating a private, contemporary outdoor retreat.
The backyard maximises space and functionality through a thoughtful terraced design. The upper level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, showcasing a luxurious spa setting amidst hardwood decking and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a private oasis for unwinding. A charming white batten fence separates the upper and lower levels, adding visual interest and defining the different areas.
The middle terrace features a spacious lawn for play and recreation, enclosed by a new timber fence and bordered by lush garden beds with a variety of plantings for visual aesthetics and productive trees and vegetable gardens.
A sunken trampoline area, nestled among large trees and native plantings, offers a safe and engaging space for children on the bottom level. This multi-level backyard provides distinct areas for different activities while maintaining a cohesive and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
The clients were thrilled with the transformation of their outdoor space, which exceeded their expectations and provided a beautiful, functional extension of their home.
